Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only.
UK delivery times vary depending on the selected service. We work with reliable couriers to dispatch our parcels. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if no one is available to accept the parcel. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, your parcel may be returned to the depot, and a card will be left with further instructions. According to standard courier guidelines, deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days.
We always obtain proof of postage. While delays can be frustrating, JÓHJO cannot accept responsibility for delays once your order has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Although we maintain real-time stock levels, during busy periods some items may become unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you via email, along with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery time is unsatisfactory, you are entitled to cancel your order.
All queries and emails will be responded to within 48 hours on working days.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, provided all items are in stock. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Free UK Delivery Over £150
JÓHJO offers free standard UK delivery on orders over £150. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for orders sent within the UK using our standard delivery service. The order value must be £150 or more for this offer to be valid.
At other times, we may, at our discretion, offer free delivery on orders below £150.
Express Delivery
For faster delivery, you can choose to upgrade to an Express Service at the cost displayed at checkout. Orders placed before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day. If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, it may be returned to the depot for redelivery, as this is a signed-for service. Please note, this service is only available Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1 pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched via Standard Delivery, as we are unable to offer Saturday delivery.
Please note that while this service is expedited, it is not a guaranteed next-day service, although most parcels do arrive within this timeframe.

Import Duties
Import Duties & Taxes
JÓHJO operates on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis for international orders. This means that the listed price excludes all relevant import duties and local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note that JÓHJO is unable to advise on the exact amount of these charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
