These terms apply to customer purchases of products from Johjo on www.johjoworld.com (the "Website") for delivery within the United Kingdom (the "Territory").
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before purchasing any products from the Website. By purchasing any product through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
We may update our Terms of Sale periodically, so we recommend checking the latest version whenever you place an order.
The products available on the Website are offered for sale by Johjo, a brand of Dedalo Trading Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Johjo operates through a selective distribution network. All our products are sold through us or authorised distributors.
In these Terms of Sale, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Johjo, while "you" refers to the user of the Website.
Eligibility to Purchase Products from this Website
You are not required to register to explore the Website or make purchases, but registering and creating an account with us will enhance your experience. This includes faster checkout, storing credit card information, maintaining an address book, reviewing order history, and editing billing or delivery information.
When registering or making purchases, you must provide information including your name, phone number, and email address, along with valid credit or debit card details (or another permitted payment mechanism). We may request additional evidence or proof of billing information as necessary. You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

By placing an order through this Website, you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering legally binding contracts.
Shopping Bag and Wish List
The Shopping Bag holds products you select for purchase. Products will remain there until you purchase, remove, or move them to your Wish List, unless they go out of stock before purchase.
Your Wish List stores details of products you are considering for purchase. This feature saves your selections for easy relocation and purchase in the future. Products remain in your Wish List until moved to your Shopping Bag or removed.
Please note that products in your Shopping Bag or Wish List are not reserved and are available for purchase by other customers until you submit, and we confirm your order in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
Making a Purchase
To purchase products, add them to your Shopping Bag and proceed to the Checkout section, entering the relevant information as instructed. You will have an opportunity to review your order, check the total price, and correct any input errors before confirming your purchase. You must also confirm that you have read and agree with these Terms of Sale.
Once you submit your order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing the ordered product(s). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—only confirmation that we have received it. We encourage you to download, save, or print a copy of your order confirmation and these Terms of Sale for your records.
After acknowledging receipt of your order, we will check product availability.
The information on this Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell products. The contract between us is concluded when we email you to confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched. The contract is concluded in the United Kingdom, and the contract language is English.
Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is ready for dispatch.
When we email you confirmation that your product has been dispatched, we will attach an electronic invoice for your order. We do not issue paper invoices.
Products on this Website
Not all products we sell are available for purchase on the Website. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We may offer an alternative product of the same type or allow you to cancel your order. If you cancel, no charge will be made to your credit card, and a full refund will be issued if your debit card has already been charged.
We strive to display product colours and materials as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that products will exactly match their online depiction.
Prices
All prices displayed on this Website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) (or other currency as available on the website) and include applicable sales tax. If your chosen payment method is not denominated in GBP, the final price of your purchased products will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the date your payment provider processes the transaction.
The price of any customised services or products offered will vary, and the method for calculating the final price will be confirmed before you are asked to confirm your order.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the Shipping Policy available on the Website. You will be shown the delivery charges before confirming your order.
We may occasionally offer promotions for eligible purchases or customers. Ensure that you read the promotion's terms and enter any applicable promotional code on the Payment page or Review Your Order page. If your promotional code qualifies, the deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional code per order will be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorised promotional code is used. A promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
If an error is discovered in the price of any product you have ordered before we dispatch it, we will: (i) refund you the difference or reduce the balance payable if the correct price is lower; or (ii) contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order if the correct price is higher. We are not obligated to provide any product at a lower price where we have made a pricing error and notified you of the error before dispatching your order.
Our Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to decline your order, or any part of it, at our sole discretion, at any time after receipt, even after sending an order confirmation or charging your payment method. If we cancel after charging your payment method, we will refund the payment to you.
We reserve the right to restrict the quantities of any product ordered by one person or delivered to one address. We may cancel any order we believe is made for resale purposes and reserve the right to refuse or cancel all subsequent orders from you. We also reserve the right to reject orders from any customer with whom we have an ongoing legal dispute regarding a prior order. We may cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity and refuse to process orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
Methods of Payment
Full payment is required before an order can be dispatched to you. We accept most methods of payment:
- Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, American Express, and PayPal.
- Johjo gift cards and online gift certificates, if applicable.
If the total amount due for your order cannot be debited or charged for any reason, your order will be cancelled.
By making an offer to purchase products through our Website, you authorise us, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to perform credit and anti-fraud checks on you and your provided payment mechanism. These checks may include authenticating your identity, validating your credit or debit card, obtaining an initial card authorisation, and authorising individual purchases. You authorise us to disclose information provided by you, including personal information, to third parties such as banks and credit report providers for these checks, acknowledging that such parties may keep a record of that information. You further agree that we may share information received from such checks with third parties, including fraud prevention and credit reference agencies. We reserve the right to implement additional payment security systems as needed.
For your convenience, you can store your credit or debit card information in Your Account. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, the billing address you provide must exactly match the address on file with your card issuer. Processing your order may be delayed if these addresses do not match.
We will prosecute any fraudulent activities related to attempts to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
Order Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, we endeavour to dispatch purchases within one (1) to two (2) working days of confirming your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) and deliver your order per our Shipping Policy.
Stated delivery times are estimates only and are measured from the dispatch date. Each address you instruct us to deliver to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable delivery charges. Customising a product requires additional processing time for your entire order, and all orders that include customised products may take longer to deliver.
All responsibility and risk for the products purchased through this Website pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided, as confirmed by our carrier’s delivery documentation.
Our carrier’s proof of delivery shall be final and binding. You may track your parcel's shipping using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email, also available in your Johjo account online. Our carrier will confirm the delivery date and provide an estimated delivery time. If you are absent on the confirmed delivery date, the parcel may be stored at a carrier agency as notified, and you are responsible for collecting your parcel directly. A passport or ID card may be required by the carrier’s agency to collect your parcel. Alternatively, you may contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date and time.
For security reasons, Johjo cannot ship orders to Post Office Boxes or accept orders where it is impossible to identify the delivery address. Johjo's policies do not allow products to be reshipped; therefore, we cannot ship to addresses associated with "freight forwarding companies." We do not deliver outside the relevant Territory.
Your Right to Cancel an Order and Returns
You may cancel your order anytime from placing it until fourteen (28) days after receiving the product. For further details on our returns policy and how to cancel an order, please see our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for non-faulty products. If you wish to purchase a new item, please place a new order through the Website or through our Customer Assistance.
Limitation of Liability
Please note that nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Where a product is faulty or mis-described, you may have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund. For further information about your statutory rights, please contact your local consumer authority.
Neither Johjo nor any of its affiliates will be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you under these Terms of Sale in connection with your purchase of any product through the Website. We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in performing any of our obligations to you due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, war, civil disturbance, strike, industrial action, work stoppages, or force majeure.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude our liability (i) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation, or (iii) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Sale (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings concerning the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings concerning the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
