Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only.

UK delivery times vary depending on the selected service. We partner with reputable couriers to dispatch our parcels. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if no one is available to receive them. If you are not present to accept a delivery, your parcel may be returned to the depot, and a card will be left with instructions. Usual courier guidelines indicate that standard deliveries should typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

We always obtain proof of postage. While delays can be frustrating, Johjo cannot take responsibility for delays once your order has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Although we maintain real-time stock levels, during busy periods, some items may become unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you via email along with an expected delivery time. Should the delivery time be unsatisfactory, you are entitled to cancel your order.

All queries and emails will be responded to within 48 hours on working days.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, provided all items are in stock. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Free UK Delivery Over £150

Johjo offers free standard UK delivery on orders over £150. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for orders sent within the UK using our standard delivery service. The order value must be £150 or more for this offer to be valid.

At some other times, we may at our discretion chose to offer free delivery on orders below £150.

Express Delivery

For faster delivery, you can choose to upgrade to an Express Service at a cost displayed at check out. Orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Thursday will be processed on the same day. If you are not available to receive your parcel, it may be returned to the depot for redelivery, as this is a signed-for service. Please note that this service is available Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Delivery for this service typically occurs within 1-2 working days.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched via Standard Delivery, as way not be able to offer a Saturday delivery.

Please note that while this service is expedited, it is not a guaranteed next-day service, although most parcels do arrive within this timeframe.

UK Tracking

If your parcel has a tracking number, you can monitor its progress using the  tracking website. 

International Delivery

Johjo offers international delivery with DHL International Express at a flat rate of £35 (or equivalent in local currency). If you have any questions about international delivery, please contact us at customerservice@joh-jo.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Import Duties

Johjo operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for international orders. While we cover all fees, duties, and taxes to ensure delivery, goods may be subject to delays due to customs or weather conditions. The customer is responsible for providing any necessary information to customs to clear the goods. No reduction in price is given for areas where sales tax is not applicable or varies in rate— the price remains as listed.
