Return Eligibility
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Items with an anti-return label must be returned in their original condition with the label intact.
  • If the anti-return label is broken, removed, or tampered with, the item will be considered a final sale and will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • To qualify for a return, please ensure that the anti-return label remains in place and undamaged until you are certain you will keep the item.
  • If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact our Customer service team immediately, and we will provide guidance on how to proceed, regardless of the label status.

Return Policy

1. How to Request a Return

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To initiate a return, please:

  • Email: customerservice@joh-jo.com
  • Ship: Send the item back to us using your courier.

Please note that postage and any associated costs must be covered by the sender and will not be refunded by Johjo (this does not affect your statutory rights). We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service such as DHL Express to return items, as we cannot offer refunds for items that do not reach us. Ensure that the outer packaging is marked 'returned goods' to facilitate prompt processing of your return or exchange.

2. How Long Does a Return Take?

It usually takes up to 7 days (excluding UK bank holidays) from the day after the return date for your parcel to be delivered to our warehouse and processed. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team finds any signs of wear or if the item cannot be restocked, we may not accept the return and will return the item to you.

3. How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once your return is processed, the refund will be sent immediately to your bank. However, it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. If you do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank directly. 4. Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your shopping experience. However, we monitor return frequencies. Excessive returns that breach our terms and conditions may lead to the closure of your Johjo account or the refusal of future orders at our discretion.

5. Faulty Returns

We advise checking merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before use and before discarding any original packaging. Return faulty products to Johjo as soon as possible. Upon inspection, if an item is deemed faulty, we will notify you of your refund via email. Products returned due to defects will be fully refunded, including delivery charges both for sending the item to you and returning it to us.

Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty and may not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
